What do I need before booking?

Please make sure you’ve received your blood test form, also called a blood requisition form, by email before booking. Your nurse cannot collect your blood without it.

How is my appointment confirmed?

Choose your preferred time and enter your suburb and postcode so we can check coverage.

Your appointment is confirmed once a nurse in your area accepts the visit. We’ll email you with an update within one business day. If we can’t cover your first choice, we’ll be in touch to find a time that works for you and your nurse.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

- Fast for at least 8 hours beforehand. Water is encouraged and is the only thing you should consume during your fast.
- Have your blood test form ready, either printed or on your phone.
- Set up a clean, well-lit space with a chair or sofa and a nearby table.

Question 4

Can the nurse help with my epigenetic test too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you’re completing your epigenetic test, have your TMRW Red Kit out and ready. Your nurse can use a small amount of blood from your collection to complete your sample card, saving you a separate finger prick.

What access details should I provide?

When booking, include your apartment or unit number, buzzer or intercom code, parking details, and anything else your nurse needs to reach your door. The more detail you give, the smoother the visit.

Question 6

How long will the visit take, and when will my nurse arrive?

Your appointment will take approximately 5–15 minutes.

Your nurse may arrive a little before or after your booked time, depending on traffic and their previous visit. Please be home and contactable for the full appointment window.

Question 7

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Our nurses plan their routes in advance, so late changes may incur a fee.
