1. Our Services

TMRW is a health optimisation platform that provides:

• A home-delivered DNA methylation test kit, performed via finger-prick dried blood spot
• Processing of your test sample by our partner laboratory in the United States
• Personalised insights into biological ageing and health risks
• Optional review with an Australian-registered clinician via telehealth
• A secure online platform and dashboard to view and manage your results

Important: TMRW does not offer emergency care, prescriptions, or medical certificates. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, chest pain, breathing difficulties, or other acute conditions, call 000 or visit your nearest hospital.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or older
• Reside in Australia
• Have capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement
• Use our services for personal and non-commercial use only

We reserve the right to decline service or suspend access if you do not meet these criteria.

3. Registration and User Account

You must create an account to use our services. During registration, you will be required to:

• Provide accurate and current personal information
• Complete an onboarding health questionnaire
• Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected breach of your account.

4. Test Kit and Sample Processing

4.1 Test Delivery and Use

Once payment is received, we will dispatch your DNA methylation test kit. You must:

• Follow all sample collection instructions carefully
• Use the test kit only on yourself
• Mail the sample to our designated U.S. laboratory using the provided packaging

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by postage or customs
• Lost, damaged, or improperly collected samples
• Replacements due to user error

4.2 Test Results and Turnaround Time

Results are typically available within 3–5 weeks from the lab receiving your sample, but this may vary due to logistics or lab processing times.

You acknowledge and accept this variability. No refunds will be offered for test turnaround times that fall within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Results and Clinical Consultation

5.1 Dashboard Access

Once results are available, you may view your biological age and related markers via your TMRW dashboard. These results are designed for educational and lifestyle support purposes only.

5.2 Clinician Consultations

You may choose to book an optional telehealth consultation with one of our affiliated Australian-registered clinicians. This session includes:

• Review of your test results
• Interpretation in the context of your health history
• Personalised lifestyle, nutrition, and longevity recommendations

You may also opt out of this consultation and simply receive your test results via the platform. If you opt out, TMRW will not provide individualised analysis, commentary, or support beyond the data shown on your dashboard.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Test Kit

• Test kits are priced in the kit/plan you sign up to.
• Test kits are non-refundable once your test kit has been shipped.

6.2 Consultations

• Optional clinician consultations may be priced separately.
• You must pay for any booked consultation or cancel in accordance with the Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy.
• Cancellation fees will apply.

6.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe). We may not store your payment card details. You agree to comply with all terms and conditions supplied by the payment provider.

6.4 Joining Fee and Subscription Billing

TMRW operates on a recurring subscription model. By completing your signup, you agree to the following billing terms:

Joining Fee

A one-off Joining Fee is charged at the time of signup. This covers your initial test kit, onboarding, and access to the TMRW platform. The Joining Fee is non-refundable once your test kit has been dispatched.

Monthly Subscription

Your first monthly subscription payment is charged at the time of signup, alongside your Joining Fee. Subsequent subscription payments are billed automatically on a recurring 4-week cycle from your signup date.

Billing Commencement

Your subscription billing cycle commences from your signup date and continues regardless of test kit dispatch, sample processing timeframes, or results availability. Your subscription provides ongoing access to the TMRW platform, dashboard, and eligible services from the date of signup.

Summary of Charges at Signup

By completing your signup, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Joining Fee and your first monthly subscription payment are both payable immediately upon registration;
• Recurring subscription billing commences from your signup date and is not contingent on the delivery, processing, or availability of your test results;
• Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on a 4-week cycle from your signup date; and
• You may view your upcoming payment dates and manage your subscription through your account dashboard, or cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with Section 12 (Termination).

7. No Medical Emergency Services

TMRW is not a general medical service. Our services do not replace your GP or specialist. You must not rely on our test results or platform for:

• Diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions
• Decisions regarding medications
• Medical clearance or documentation
• Management of chronic or acute health conditions

If you are uncertain about the severity of any condition, consult your GP or call 000 in an emergency.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete information in your onboarding questionnaire
• Only use the test as directed and for lawful purposes
• Not share access to your account
• Follow any recommendations provided by clinicians responsibly and at your own discretion
• Understand that any insights or recommendations are general in nature unless reviewed in consultation with a qualified clinician

9. Privacy and Data Handling

We take your privacy seriously. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and relevant Australian privacy, health records, and data protection legislation.

We may:

• Collect, store, and process your personal and health information
• Share data with partner laboratories and clinicians for the sole purpose of delivering our service
• Use anonymised, de-identified data for internal analytics, research, or service improvement

You have the right to request access to your records or request that your data be transferred to your GP or other practitioner in accordance with Australian privacy law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software provided by TMRW (excluding your own uploaded health data) are owned by or licensed to TMRW. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss
• Our liability for failure to comply with Australian Consumer Law is limited to resupplying the services or providing a refund

We are not responsible for:

• Lab errors or delays
• Incorrect data provided by you
• Health outcomes from decisions made based on your results without consultation
• Any misuse of our platform or services

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate your access to our services if:

• You breach these Terms
• You misuse the platform
• We cease offering the services

Upon termination, we may retain your data in accordance with legal data retention requirements. We will continue to protect your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved informally.
• If unresolved, the matter may be referred to mediation through the Australian Disputes Centre before any court action is commenced.

14. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on our website. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
