SCIENCE
Same birthday. Different bodies.
That gap is why we measure. Blood for how you are now. Cells for how you are ageing. A clinician reads both.
TWO READS
Blood, then the cells underneath
Foundation is the blood layer. Longevity adds an epigenetic finger-prick on top. A marker on either panel is a measurement. It is not a condition name, and it is not a prescription.
THE LAYERS
What we actually run, and what we do not pretend a number can do.

Blood panel
We describe this as 75+ markers across 11 organ systems, taken at a local lab in Australia. Foundation lives here.

Epigenetic finger-prick
We describe this as a read across 1,700+ biomarkers. It sits on Longevity, on top of the blood layer.

A clinician in the middle
The picture is read by a person. The number does not interpret itself, and it does not replace your GP.
FOUNDATION
The blood layer is how you are now.
A clinician-ordered pathology panel, drawn at a local lab. It is the picture of what is circulating today: iron, lipids, inflammation, hormones, the systems that show up in how you feel.
A marker here is still a measurement. Two people can share a number and not share a story.
The chooser for Foundation and Longevity sits on the membership page.

LONGEVITY
The cells underneath are how you are ageing.
Ageing is not one clock. Heart, kidneys, immune system, and brain can each be moving at different rates, which is why we do not blend everything into a single verdict.
Our published articles name three independently developed clocks used together: SymphonyAge, OMICmAge, and DunedinPACE. Each reads ageing differently. None replaces the others. We have described TruDiagnostic as the epigenetic testing partner for that work in Australia.
A single biological-age score is a starting point, not a verdict.

THE LIMIT
Repeat tests carry noise. Direction is the signal.
The number we care about is the direction of travel, read with a clinician, over time. TMRW testing does not diagnose disease, guarantee an outcome, or mean you are healthier than someone else. If a result needs urgent care, that sits with the treating clinician and the usual medical system.
